Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with MacSuite. If it isn't working out, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
How to request a refund
- Email hi@smartspreadsheets.co from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Polar receipt.
- Include your order number or license key so we can find your purchase.
- A short note on what went wrong is appreciated — it helps us improve — but it isn't required.
What happens next
- Refunds are issued through Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to appear.
- When a refund is issued, your MacSuite license key is revoked and all MacSuite apps on every Mac using that key lock at their next license check.
Outside the refund window
We'll still consider requests after the 14-daywindow — write in and tell us what's going on, especially if a technical problem we can't fix stops an app from working for you. Outcomes vary, but we won't ignore you.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase.
